    The owners make all the food on site and it is great. Best ribs I've ever had for sure. The owner is an expert at smoking meats, and of course makes all his own rubs and sauces. This is a true family owned and operated business. The owners are there to talk to the customers and the employees are friendly and efficient. The location by the river and dam makes for a nice outdoor picnic and you can phone ahead orders for take out for family dinner, parties etc.
